Job Description

• At multiple factories in Cambodia, you will oversee on-site inspection work, quality control, and staff development.
• This position is to lead the team as the center of the site for the purpose of maintaining quality standards, reducing defects, improving work, and stabilizing quality.
• Guidance and supervision of on-site inspection work
• Education, development and evaluation of QC staff
• Analysis of the cause of defects, improvement proposals, and guidance on recurrence prevention
• Conducting quality checks based on client standards
• Monitoring the progress of the production line and suggesting improvements
• Coordinate and coordinate with factory personnel to improve work efficiency
• Preparation of on-site reports and sharing with supervisors (simplified reports)
• Work style: Full-time on-site (every morning, go to each factory near Phnom Penh)

Job Requirement

• Nationality: Cambodian or Chinese

Language skills:

• Chinese (Required)
• English or Khmer is a plus

Experience:

• Inspection or QC experience in the apparel and garment industry is preferred.
• Experienced sewing line managers welcome (experience in line management, production progress, and quality improvement can be utilized)

Skill:

• On-site leadership, education and development skills
• Ability to analyze and improve the cause of defects
• The ability to manage the site from both quality and production
• Good communication skills with factory personnel
