Job Description
- This is an important position to accurately grasp the production progress on site and bridge with manufacturers.
- On-site execution and communication skills are required, such as bulk management, checking schedule progress, and responding to problems when they occur.
- This position is to assess the situation on the ground, accurately grasp issues, and lead to improvement.
- We welcome those who can proceed with sincerity and certainty between factories and manufacturers.
- Checking the production progress and operation status of each plant
- Check the bulk progress of the factory,
- Identification of problems and suggestions for improvement Progress reports to manufacturers (clients),
- Response to questions and answers Coordination between factories and manufacturers,
- Rapid handling in case of problems Report and share information with internal teams
- Work style: On-site inspection at the factory
Job Requirement
- Language skills: Able to communicate in either Chinese or English
- Experience: Experience in garment factory management, production progress management, quality control welcome
- Skills: Management ability to lead the field and solve problems in a positive way
- Smooth communication with both factories and manufacturers
- Ability to understand the whole from a perspective close to MD work
- Education: University degree or equivalent work experience
- Others: Those who are based in multiple factories near Phnom Penh and can travel
