Job Description

-Record and verify daily financial transactions in the accounting system using the appropriate chart of accounts.

-Verify account payable listing with bookkeeping to ensure that the data is accurate and correctly recorded.

-Verify account receivable listing with bookkeeping to ensure that the data is accurate and correctly recorded.

-Verify bank reconciliation, and accounting reconciliation such as sale, AP, AR

-Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

-Ensure monthly payroll listings and calculations are accurate.

-Conduct assets count jointly with senior accounting staff.

-Manage fix asset and update fix asset listing and non-asset listing

-Analyses transactions based on actual accounting operation.

-Report weekly to the Accounting Manager on bookkeeping progress and any issues identified.

-Assist the Accounting Manager in preparing workflows, accounting policies, and manuals.

-Assist on accounting tasks related to external and internal Audit

-Assist to provide any tax audit require

-Perform other related accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00am–5:00pm), Sat (8:00am–12:00pm); 1.5 days off per week.

• Workplace: Inside Aeon Mall Sen Sok.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or a similar role within a related

industry.

- Can use of English for business communication.

- Strong knowledge of taxation is preferable

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Clasiaous system)) and Microsoft

Office applications.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

- Take responsibility for financial integrity and deadlines

- A proactive and strategic mindset to address and resolve complex financial issues.

- The capacity to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high
